EURO-HORSE Return Policy

By law, you have 14 days to change your mind about a purchase. At Euro-Horse, we give you 30 days to decide and return your order.

If you return or exchange an item, it must be sent back in the condition in which you received it. You may use the original packaging whenever possible. Please make sure the parcel has sufficient postage. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions apply:

• The item must be clean, complete and undamaged. You may inspect a product as you would in a store, but it may not be tested or used.

• If a returned item is not clean, for example because it contains hair, we may charge cleaning costs. These costs will be deducted from your refund.

• The item must not have been used.

• Items must be returned in a new condition and free from any smell. Please store items in an odour-free environment. You are responsible for any reduction in value resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product. Please note: washing an item after use does not restore it to its original new condition.

• If an item can no longer be sold as new, the reduction in value may be up to 100% of the purchase price.

• The original manufacturer packaging should, where reasonably possible, be included, undamaged and free from writing or markings.

• Please package your return securely to prevent damage during transport.

Faulty or incorrectly delivered items

If an item is defective or has been sent incorrectly, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning the item so we can provide you with the appropriate instructions.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 2 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment method, it may take a little longer for the refund to appear in your account.

Original shipping costs are not refunded.

Right of withdrawal

Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within a period of thirty (30) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires thirty (30) days after the day on which you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) physically takes possession of the last shipment or product. Buyer is obliged to handle the product and packaging with care during the reflection period. EURO-HORSE is, in their judgment, entitled to repair or replace the product for a proper copy.

If Buyer wishes to make use of his right of withdrawal, the product must be returned with all accessories supplied and in the original packaging, after permission from EURO-HORSE. Sending the product is at the expense and risk of the buyer. Non-stamped returns will be refused by EURO-HORSE. The receipt of shipment must be stamped and kept by Buyer until there is confirmation that the returned package has arrived at EURO-HORSE.

If Buyer wishes to make use of the right of withdrawal, Buyer must inform EURO-HORSE of the decision to withdraw from the agreement by means of an unambiguous statement (for example by e-mail or letter). Buyer can use the example below:

Dear Sir/Madam,

On [date of product receipt/date of service completion] I [received your product/completed service]. With this letter I wish to let you know that I am exercising my right to the reflection period (withdrawal) to cancel the purchase.

If you have already paid: I request that you return my (down) payment of [amount] Euro within fourteen days to account number [account number] in the name of [your name].

If you have received the product: I will return the received product according to the instructions.

I would like to receive a confirmation from you by [make a choice: e-mail/letter] within two weeks.

If Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal, Buyer will receive a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal. If Buyer has already paid the purchase amount, Buyer will receive the purchase amount back as soon as possible (but no later than within ten (10) working days) after confirmation of receipt of the Product by EURO-HORSE, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if products spoil quickly or have a limited shelf life, products are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal have been broken after delivery, products that are irrevocably mixed with other products and sealed audio, video recordings and computer software, the seal of which has been broken after delivery. Unless the product is still in its original, sealed packaging, the return or exchange of pads, webbing, bits, magazines, CDs, DVDs and underwear is excluded.

Sending the product to EURO-HORSE by Buyer is at the expense and risk of Buyer. Non-stamped returns will be refused by EURO-HORSE. Items that you want to return must be unused, clean, undamaged and (as far as possible) still in the original packaging.
